Someone, presumably members of Org-x, had logged into my Meta-FB account and changed the privacy settings of photo albums from “Public” to “Private” where only I and the album contributor(s) could see the photos in the albums. I did not make these changes. All of the photo albums relating to Org-x should be “Public” not “Private.”
